Terms for using Clawifi.

Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, buying a plan or using Clawifi, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Notice. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement for yourself or the organization you represent.

Public beta

Clawifi is in public beta. Features may change, break or be removed, and results may be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on Clawifi as your only source for decisions that matter.

Accounts and API keys

Give accurate account information, protect your session and API credentials, and rotate a key promptly if it is exposed. You are responsible for activity through your account and keys. One free account per person or organization; accounts created to get more free credits or to get around limits may lose those credits.

Acceptable use

Use Clawifi for lawful research, fetching, extraction, automation, monitoring and agent workflows that respect other people's rights. You must not use Clawifi to:

• ignore robots.txt or a site's rate limits where they apply to you, or overload any site;
• get around CAPTCHAs, paywalls, logins or other access controls;
• sign in to accounts you do not own or are not authorized to use, including through browser sessions or profiles;
• collect personal data without a lawful basis, or build profiles of private individuals, including through the OSINT tools;
• infringe copyright or other rights in content you fetch;
• send malware or spam, commit fraud or harassment, or test systems you are not authorized to test;
• resell or white-label Clawifi without our written agreement;
• evade service limits, or use Clawifi from a sanctioned country or on behalf of a restricted party (see below).

You are responsible for your authority to access and use the sites and content you reach, including their terms, intellectual property and privacy rules, and you are the controller of any personal data you collect through Clawifi.

Credits, billing and refunds

• Usage is measured in credits. The pricing page lists what each operation costs; a call needs its minimum in balance to start and is charged what it actually cost after it finishes, never more than your balance. Calls that fail on our side, responses that end in an error, and cache hits are not charged; a fetch whose target answers with its own error page is charged as usual. The playground is free.
• Paid plans renew each billing period until you cancel. At each renewal we add your plan's monthly credits, up to a balance of three months' allowance; credits above that are not added. Credits do not expire, and credit packs are never capped. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
• You can cancel anytime in the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where we cannot provide the service. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you agree that the service starts immediately and that your 14-day withdrawal right ends once you use credits.
• Prices exclude taxes. Where we are required to collect VAT or sales tax, it is shown at checkout.
• If a payment is refunded, we remove the credits it added. If you dispute a charge with your bank, we suspend the account and remove the related credits while the dispute is open.
• Before material changes to paid plans or credit costs take effect, we tell account holders by email or in the dashboard.

Payments are processed by Stripe.

Third-party content

Content Clawifi fetches belongs to its owners; we do not license it to you. You keep your rights in your inputs and lawful outputs, and you give us the rights we need to process them to run the service. ReARC Labs and its licensors keep all rights in Clawifi, its software, brand and documentation. We may use feedback without obligation.

Availability

We may change, suspend, rate-limit or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention or product development. There is no uptime commitment or SLA unless we sign one with you in writing.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, payment failure or harm to Clawifi or others. You may stop using Clawifi and ask us to close your account at any time.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent the law allows, Clawifi is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Web results can be incomplete, unavailable or wrong; verify outputs that matter.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Indemnity

If you use Clawifi for a business, you will defend and indemnify ReARC Labs Inc. against third-party claims arising from your use of Clawifi, the content you fetch or store through it, or your breach of these terms.

Export and sanctions

You may not use Clawifi if you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region under comprehensive US sanctions, or if you are on a US, EU or UK restricted-party list. You may not use Clawifi to violate export control laws.

Copyright complaints

To report content stored in Clawifi that infringes your copyright, email clawifisupport@rearclabs.com with the subject "Copyright" and the elements of 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3): your signature, the work, the material and where it is, your contact details, a good-faith statement and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act. We remove or disable access to infringing material we host and end the accounts of repeat infringers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers keep any right to bring claims in their home courts and the protection of mandatory local law.

Changes and contact
