200 with a `BillingManifest` object: `charging_rules`, `checkout_session_route`, `credit_costs`, `credit_packs`, `currency`, `payment_provider`, `plans`, `portal_session_route`, `renewal_rollover_cap_months`, `runtime_authority`, `stripe_product_id`.
